Cashier:
Must be at least 16 years of age. Must have a good attitude, smile, and be friendly at all times. Be able to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and supervisors. Sell admission and ride tickets to guests. Be able to, or learn to operate a register and credit card machine. Serve as an information source about the park to customers.
Gift Shop:
Must be at least 16 years of age. Must have a good attitude, smile, and be friendly at all times. Be able to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and supervisors. Sell souvenir merchandise to guests and keep inventory stocked. Be able to, or learn to operate a register and credit card machine. Serve as an information source about the park to customers.
Lifeguard:
Lifeguards are responsible for the safety of the guests. All guards must be certified as an American Red Cross lifeguard. We offer the Red Cross lifeguard classes at Waterville. Lifeguards must enforce the park rules and policies. You will be required to complete in-service training throughout your employment to keep your skills current. Must be at least 15 years old.
Be knowledgeable about the park attractions. Have a good attitude, smile, and be friendly at all times.
EMT:
Must be a licensed Emergency Medical Technician or better.
Food Service:
Cashier - operate a register and take food orders; be at least 15 years old
Runner - fill the food orders; be at least 14 years old
Prep - prepare the food for the runners; be at least 14 years old
Cooks - cook the food; fry and grill cooks needed;
must be at least 16yrs old
All of the food service staff must be knowledgeable about the park and its attractions. Have a good attitude, smile, and be friendly at all times. Responsible for serving customers a tasty and safe meal.
Storage Rental/Turnstiles:
You are Waterville's "greeters". You are the first impression of Waterville so you must be friendly, smile, and have a good attitude at all times. You rent storage bags and baskets to guests in the storage rental area, take admission tickets to the park, and monitor the guests entering and leaving the wate rpark. Be able to, or learn to operate a cash register. Must be knowledgeable about the park and its attractions. Must be at least 14 years old.
Arcade/Redemption:
Responsible for redeeming tickets for prizes in the arcade. Will have to keep inventory stocked. Must be able to, or learn to operate a computer. Must be knowledgeable about all of the park attractions. Must be friendly, smile, and have a good attitude at all times. Must be at least 14 years old.
Ride Attendants:
Responsible for instructing guests on the amusement park attractions. Make sure guests follow the rules and enforce safety regulations. No experience needed. You will be trained on the individual attractions. Must be knowledgeable about the park attractions. Have a good attitude, smile, and be friendly at all times. Must be at least 16 years old to work the roller coaster and Flowrider; at least 14 years old for the other attractions.
Park Services:
Responsible for keeping all areas of the park clean: keeping tubes in their proper places and maintained, cleaning the restrooms and picking up debris around the park. Must be knowledgeable about the park and its attractions. Since you are all over the park many guests will rely on you for answering their questions. Have a good attitude, smile, and be friendly at all times. Must be at least 14 years old.
